eating healthy but how ?

you should treat your body like a car - you put the correct fuel in because you know the car won't go otherwise - not to mention the damage it would cause.


therefore do the same for your body - the only problem is that, unlike a car, the body will run on almost anything you eat and appear to run well - except for the long term damage being done silently !

 the choice is yours - avoid certain aisles in the supermarket - cakes / sweet  biscuits /confectionery / soft drink and ensure you load up on vegetables / fruit / somedairy / nuts / lean meat in moderate amounts.

it seems so simple but  - old habits die hard  -  but within 2 weeks - you will find it far easier

you may also be shocked at what you may have previously eaten !!
